Our courses for educators can help you to:
- build confidence in teaching outdoors,
- provide ideas and activities for outdoor learning and linking to the curriculum,
- identify and understand the role of educators in the outdoor environment,
- identify barriers to outdoor learning and plan how to overcome these,
- put together a wish list of items to use in the outdoors,
- discuss and develop risk assessments and manage safety policies for outdoor learning,
- suggest ways parents, carers, other staff, governors and PTAs (Parent Teacher Associations) groups can get involved, and
- prepare sessions for all types of weather.
